Bill brings his deep study of the practice of Mindfulness & Meditation to every student. He is dedicated to sharing the practice in a modern, open-minded way that doesn't focus on the Dogma, but on the spirit of the practice.
With an open-mind and an open-heart, the practice and your path into it is better discovered organically. His teachings focus on the foundations of the practice and the pillars of mindfulness. His lessons share the many different practices and guides and then allows you to find your path between them all.
Each of us brings our own unique set of experiences, lessons, and personality into the practice and once it's cultured an aligned with the spirit of mindfulness we each find our unique voice from which to share with all of those we align with. It's truly up to you but once you connect with the practice authentically it will awaken a passion in you that you will want to share, over and over again

Originally from Sussex in England, Sam Wilson now resides with her husband, 2 children, dog Jim and cat Toothless in Sunny Florida. Having witnessed the blessings first hand of Reiki from an early age, it's her passion to create space for others to heal. Sam's mantra is "Give & Grow" Certified as a Reiki Master Teacher, Moon Mother, Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, Tantra Practitioner & Yoga Instructor she's developed a personal approach to healing Mind, Body and Spirit Sam's hope is to guide you to your truth, so you can release all that this world has clouded for you, to become aware of your energy and those around you; so that you can mindfully walk at peace, not just with each other but most importantly within yourself. Rich is a Master of Sound Healing and Sound Meditation, A Master Yoga Nidra Instructor, and Reiki Master. Specializing in Sound Nidra and Sound Bath Rich brings his special energy and knowledge of Vibrational Energy to the practice.

Michelle Rassner Cash is a compassionate Yogi and Meditation Leader in beautiful South Florida, where she was born and raised and resides there now with her loving family. Michelle is deeply committed to the local community and the betterment of our world as a whole. Michelle found the path of meditation at 15 years old and stumbled upon yoga in 2002 and since then she has devoted herself to learning, living and sharing the wisdom that Yoga has to offer. Michelle’s passion has guided her path to teach others the completeness, joy, peace and health she has found through her practice. With a dedicated yoga practice, meditation and diet; she is now pain free, medication free, healthy and strong. From the deep healing she has received, she shares with others along their path to also joyfully heal, connect and strengthen. Michelle has been fully immersed into many linages and modalities of yoga and meditation. Michelle full heartedly guides any whom are willing how to trust, let go and nurture their peace with in.
Holly Jones
HOLLY JONES
Holly works as an adjunct psychology professor at Broward College and is a graduate of Meditate:School of Mindfulness' Teacher Certification Program. She has an extensive background in psychology and animal behavior and as a graduate student she was chosen to work with a unique family of chimpanzees who had been taught to communicate using American Sign Language.
Through her conversations with the chimpanzees, she developed a profound appreciation of the interconnectedness of all living things. She is a passionate advocate for the earth and spends her spare time volunteering with her daughter for a local sea turtle rescue organization.
Holly leads from her heart and is passionate about helping others connect to the love and light in their own hearts. According to Holly, “The more we connect with our hearts, the more we illuminate our inner being and radiate our authentic presence out into the world.”
As we design our events schedule be sure to look out for the sessions Holly will be leading. They aren't to be missed.
